Objectives of this Role
- Learning: Getting licensed, leveraging the top training and development program in the industry to execute on the next 2 objectives.
- Prospecting: Target and cultivate prospective clients via your natural market, seminars, events, social media, referrals, and company-generated leads.
- Acquiring Clients: Listening, consultative selling, solving problems, and adding value in order to close business and drive revenue for the client, yourself, and the companies we represent
Minimum Skills, Qualifications, and Characteristics
- Education: 4 Year college degree is a plus.
- Ambitious: Interested in generating a 6-7 figure income with no cap.
- History of Success: Candidates with proven awards in business, education, military, or sports are a plus.
- Sales Experience: Candidates who have sold to a quota or minimum target have done especially well in this industry are a plus.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Google: Mail, Calendar, Spreadsheets, Google Docs
- Virtual Sales Technical Skills: Zoom or WebEx daily for training classes and client meetings.
- Natural Market: Only looking for candidates with 50+ people in their natural market. These are people who know you well, respect you. They won’t necessarily become clients, but they all want to see you become successful. We provide leads, support, and training around client generation. We teach you how to build on your natural market base. However, our best candidates have a strong natural market.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
